Get Up and Dance is a community resource for dance, fitness, and activities in the Petawawa, Pembroke, and Ottawa Valley area. If you have information about local programs, corrections to our content, or suggestions for topics we should cover, we welcome your input.

We are a volunteer-run information resource, not a dance studio or fitness provider. We do not book classes, process registrations, or provide instruction. For specific programs and registration, please contact the relevant community centre, studio, or organization directly.
